How long do payments take?

 

Payments by Wire transfer:

Although we aim to have funds in your account within a few days when you request a bank transfer withdrawal, there may be delays due to various factors, such as:

 

First withdrawals requiring an additional compliance check

Banks only process transfers (payments) on working days

Public holidays, depending on the bank from which your funds are sent

The location of your bank, as some cross-border transfers take longer than others to reach the destination bank.

Therefore, please note the information on the withdrawal page, which states that payments can take up to 3 business days to be processed and up to 10 business days to be deposited into your account.

 

Cosmo Payout:

We send funds to Cosmo Payouts as soon as you request them. You can expect Cosmo to have received and processed the funds to your account within one business day. If it has been longer than that and you have not received your funds, please contact Cosmo Support here.

 

Paypal :

For some countries only, we accept Paypal payments. This process can take up to 5 working days.
Please confirm you pay out process manually in wallet and payment section.

We also accept pay out through our partner Rocketfuel for all cryptocurrencies they haveon their platforms. In this case, fill all information needed as full name, address, email, full account number etc
This process is longer than the others but can’t take more than 2 weeks. If you send a payout request and you don’t have news from our financial teams, please feel free to open a support ticket and or send an email to : support@fanrhythm.com
